Delivery was very good, I followed all the instructions. From that point on I can't really comment as there is nothing to see apart from an empty release bag. I guess they have done the trick as I don't see any aphids etc.

Lots of new pets and some extra free ones, which was very kind, arrived quickly and in good shape. They aren't as beautiful as the adults and we can't name them as we can't tell the difference between them but they've toddled out of their little bag to munch the aphids in our polyjungle and we hope to see lots of beautiful adult ladybirds soon. We were slightly worried that they wouldn't find many aphids yet (we had loads last year from late July onwards) so have given them some smelly ladybird food in little ladybird houses (one ladybird palace, purchased, with diddy wooden ladybirds adorning it and several ladybird shacks, made by tying some bamboo twigs in a bunch). If they can control the aphid population and prevent it from destroying our plants this year, we will make certain to maintain their little houses and give them extra snacks in winter. We are optimistic about this. It's much more fun and safer than pesticide sprays.

Larvae munched through the aphids on my honeysuckle completely. I only saw a couple of them as full ladybirds and unfortunately, they seem to have all disappeared! But I will definitely order again.

I had a bush-type plant in a large container that was covered in aphids. After research, I decided to try ladybird larvae. They arrived quickly and with clear instructions were soon put (in the bag provided) in the middle of the bush. After a few days I noticed what appeared to be bugs (but googling confirmed they were the growing larvae) crawling over the infected leaves and as they munched away they were growing. After a very short time all aphids were gone but so were the larvae. I was hoping to see them change into ladybirds but I suspect they toddled off when the food source dried up! I was so impressed with them and found them fascinating to watch and would not hesitate to recommend them. Just a shame I didn't get to see them emerge as fully-fledged ladybirds! Would definitely but again.

Larvae were released and seem to make short work on the blackfly on the runner and broad beans. Would most certainly recommend.

Ladybird larvae started to react straight away and some have now pupated 2 weeks later so off we go again. Very happy gardener.
