Awful..They were too small to be viable and after following instructions appeared to be dead in the bag. I requested a refund which never came through.

I was very disappointed with the ladybird larvae. After placing the bag on a suitable aphid-infected tree I inspected it every day but didn’t see any larvae grow at all, let alone emerge. No ladybirds were seen at all on the tree. I inspected the bag properly after 7 days & there seemed to be the same number of very small black dots as there were at the beginning: I think they must’ve been dead when I received them. Just to make sure I popped the bag in my butterfly house & still no larvae emerged. Very disappointing.

Sadly I never saw a single ladybird ? Maybe it was too hot or too wet ? dissapionted though.

It was so easy to use I just emptied the box with shredded paper and baby ladybirds into the bag then left a slight gap and hung in the tree, it can take up to 10 days for the bag to empty, it's not long before you see the ladybird larvae. My apple tree has defantly improved with the removable of the aphids.
