Really difficult to comment... We followed the instructions, our greenfly infestation is reasonable bur (first year we've tried these) I haven't seen any ladybirds in the garden. That doesn't mean they're out of sight! We released these 2 months after lacewing lavae and 4 months after my once a year (early) rose spot spray.

Worked really well despite putting them out on a windy day!

Arrived well packaged and all alive. Turned them loose on those nasty aphids and the tree is looking much healthier than it was last year. One thing, and this may be on me, is in previous years they were shipped with cloth release bags which helped deploy them easier but this time they only came with paper bags (which are much nicer for the enviroment). So, I guess it's more 4.75 out of 5 but I'm not going to drop it down because of something that maybe my mistake.

They came too early! I was not expecting them until May, as I really want them for aphids on my French beans and runner beans, and I have only just started sowing them. I have released them into the garden, but will not rate their chances of survival, because it’s still chilly and there is no food for them.

A first time delivery of live ladybirds and larvae and all went well. The packaging was secure and the instructions on how to release with the helpful release bags meant all went as expected. Fortunately the release notes said the ladybirds would probably disappear and get on with their life cycle which is what they did. Roses and sweet peas are now aphid free

They arrived in good time but failed to hang around in my garden, so I paid the money on three occasions only to increase the population in the local area. I liked and still do the concept but as I look at my disease ridden fruit trees and plants, I can’t help but wonder on the sense of this venture?

The ladybird family arrived safe and well. I followed the instructions for release and they’ve rewarded me by keeping my large garden free from pests.
