“Wish I had know to treat the ants with Nematodes FIRST BEFORE buying ladybugs. I didn’t realise that ants eat ladybugs. I’m still needing to treat for the ants & aphids since all the ladybugs & larvae I bought are all gone eaten by the ants. Once I can get the ants under control, will try again in the spring. I’m cutting the aphid ridden leaves off to help control the aphids in the interim hoping the plants will survive and have had to resort to other ant control methods not from GG, as the 10sqm of ant nematodes doesn’t appear to have worked for my small window box of 5 pot plants. The plants are still ridden with ants & aphids and all my ladybirds & larvae got eaten by the ants which might be why the aphids & ants took over again in full force having been well fed by all the ladybirds & larvae I put in the garden as well :-(”

“Very disappointed … bought the spray applicator, followed instructions to the letter, sprayed and really soaked all gaps in and around patio slabs but the ants reappeared within hours. Left it to work for a few days but no less activity by ants which meant a social event had to be moved away from the house. Had to resort to permethrin powder which did the job.”
