“I was very pleased with the timing and choices you provided with the different sizes. The only issue I had was once I had it printed, some things weren’t the quality I had seen on the site or in the proof I reviewed.
The printer I took my file to tried several things however he wasn’t able to fix the issue. Maybe it was because I chose the smaller size, 5x7?
It was 2 days before Christmas and no time for revisions.”
