“I really liked the idea of buying the digital image so that I could print the pictures in the sizes I wanted and send them to a friend. However, the link I was sent that was supposed to allow me to select my desired size and then download the image for printing (or sending to a printer) did not work. I bought two separate images and BOTH links were unusable. It would take me to the size selection page, allow me to select a size and then NOTHING happened. It would get stuck. So, I contacted customer service about the issue. The response was quick, which was nice. However, the response was to just send me the images in a pre-selected size as an attachment. The first time this was done, I received sizes I did not want, so I responded with the sizes I did need. Again, I got a quick response with the correct sizes attached. However, this is the problem I have. What if I wanted to reprint them another time in a smaller size? The link was supposed to allow me to print them in whatever size I wanted, BUT IT DOESN’T WORK! Do I have to contact the company each time I need a new size? It asks that you not print more than 16 of the same image, which is fine, but I have struggled to just print 1. And although the image is quite neat and very personal, I somewhat doubt the quality of the picture that was sent to me through email. I had it printed as an 11X14 at a local, quality print shop (not Kinko’s or anything) and the image was not as crisp I was expecting. They said they did the best they could with the file I gave them... So, overall, a great idea and quick responses from the company when needed, but I don’t know that I’d recommend the digital option to anyone.”
