“Your service was good BUT you mail carrier's service was was appalling. I suggest you get a new contractor to do your deliveries. It must have taken them 4 or so attempts to deliver and they made no attempt to make contact with the site contacts on site, just went away. Useless.”

We can only apologise for our courier on this occasion, we only have a small number of couriers that can deal with our wide range of products, one of them being UKMail. It is rare for what happened in this instance as other orders did manage to get to you ok. That being said we have lodged a complaint and if it does happen again going forward we will consider a change of courier, thank you for your honest review
