Fatsia or caster oil plant are evergreen shrubs or small trees. They have large leathery hand-shaped leaves and small creamy-white flowers which are borne in Autumn.Fatsia flowers are often followed by round black fruits. Fatsias should be planted in a sheltered border or in a pot. Fatsia require fertile, well drained soil in full or partial sunlight and can be dead headed after flowering. Fatsia Japonica have huge glossy green leaves and make exotic looking specimens.Height can reach up to 2m.
