“Excellent customer service and prompt delivery - they called immediately to tell me they didn’t have as many in stock as I needed and offered alternatives. Luckily in the end I needed the exact number they could offer me anyway so didn’t have to go for substitutes. If I was not desperate that weekend I would have complained about two out of 13 hedges I was sent as they were clearly overgrown and trimmed to size and therefore looked different but I left it as I was happy to get them all in the first place and they were all healthy plants. Overall happy plants and a happy gardener. Thank you !”

“Not very happy I phoned to place a second order and I asked with my order to send me 4 plants extra because they were damaged broken when I opened the box was also wet and the box was soft the woman I spoke to she didn’t want to know I think I was entitled to have the broken ones replaced the end result was not to place my order and not recommend the company to anyone yours George.”
