Take one capsule every evening and after an hour of taking one I feel so relaxed and slightly tired which is great as it makes me sleep well. Same feeling I got after a large glass of wine where as wine is poison to our body where as your capsule is natural so I think I’ve found the perfect solution- good bye wine”
