“I have up till now not received the Save Your Sight Book!!!!”

Our apologies, however as you are in Germany we are subject to the German postal system and since Brexit many deliveries into EU & Schengen Area countries have been subject to extended delays which are beyond our control. Please use the Track & Trace tracking number which has been sent to you to find out wheer the package is in the syste. We assure you that there was no delay in dispatching the book from us, in fact it was in the post the following day.

“After it finally arrived, taking over a month, and paying customs and extra taxes, I was not at all happy to find the book was so badly bound that pages were falling out. Not acceptable.”

I am so sorry that the book has arrived damaged, clearly we do not wish for you to pay for this and have refunded your order completely. If you wish to receive a replacement copy free of charge please email us on goodlife@oxonpress.co.uk and we will send one out. Unfortunately, since Brexit we have no control over the local customs and taxes, and it does cause our overseas readers problems, in some countries more than others.
