“Sadly this isn't working for me. I specifically bought it as I understood it could aid sleep. However unfortunately it has made no difference at all.”

“Can't be sure yet but the night-time cramps seem to have stopped and having the Mg in a hydrating lotion is so much better than the sticky Mg solutions I have tried previously”
