“This Izu Green Matcha Tea Fine Grade tastes excellent. I have taken it as described on the package and I have also varied the amount of water and milk. I have tried it sweetened with maple syrup as well as honey and unsweetened. When I take it unsweetened I use mainly milk and a little more of the tea powder than when sweetened. I guess it is the sugars present in milk that provide some sweetness. I am unable to say whether the antioxygents are making a difference to my body, but as I enjoy the taste I shall carry on drinking it.”
