“HELPS MY SLEEP PATTERN .DON'T WAKE UP SO MUCH BUT RARELY SLEEP MORE THAN 5.1/2 HOURS. BEFORE WAS ONLY SLEEPING 4 HOURS BEFORE TOSSING AND TURNING AND TRYING TO GET BACK TO SLEEP.”

“I am just ordering my first pack of Calmophytum, after reading about the 'killing rate' of Zopiclone. Herbal meds have not in the past had any serious effect on my sleeping, which I date back to age about 7/8 (and I am now almost 78!) So this is an exciting experiment! LUCIAN”
