“I ordered the salt lick. It never arrived and I was sent a feedback form for my "recent purchase". I then requested an update to which I was told I would receive it the next day. 3 days later, still nothing. I then chased again and was provided with a tracking number to which no information was available. 2 days later I received a refund notification. I then chased again as to why and advised I wanted the item. I never received the item. Very disappointing as this was for a friend's new horse.”
