“Hello This is just fascinating! I have been sending your customer service people texts because MY SADDLE PAD NEVER ARRIVED! Can you please coordinate within your organization and help me get it. My messages included invoice and transaction number. GS appears to think they sent it to wrong address and tracking notes it has been re routed and not coming back to me. My address is correct. Is there anything you can do to help me. So far, you have just responded to my texts by telling me your business houyrs. Very unhappy so far and I guess a refund so I can buy it elsewhere would work for me at this point.”
