“Delivery was great hence the 2 stars however I wasn’t sent the battery I ordered but a battery I could have got cheaper at one of Go Batteries competitors. I contacted Go Batteries and was told if I wanted to return it I would need to pay the return postage myself. I am out of pocket due to no fault of my own.”

We at Go Batteries do everything we can to make sure the customer service is first class and take great pride in doing so.
All battery manufacturers have found the last 3 to 4 months challenging from producing the volumes needed and getting the products into the country, this is something which is ongoing but we are seeing more containers arrive each week.
We feel it is important to point out the following:
On the rare occasions we run short of a product, if we have the option of replacing the order with the exact type of item which is of a higher standard, then this is what we will do.
On this particular order we had run short of the Numax option, and we would normally infill with a Lucas battery. Unfortunately we had also run short on the Lucas product too, so we sent a branded Exide battery (which costs us more than the both the Lucas and the Numax batteries) which we felt was an excellent option for the customer.
To our surprise the customer didn't feel this was a better option at which point we offered to see if the Numax battery was back in stock and we could exchange the branded Exide battery for the Numax one they ordered. The customer said they would think about this and get in touch with us should they wish to proceed with an exchange.
