“1. Ordered a direct replacement online.
2. Website said in stock.
3. Advisor on the phone said it was out of stock.
4. Advisor on the phone suggested a different battery. Reassuring me that lots of people bought it instead as well.
5. When asked about the fit, the advisor always referred to the disclaimer that it is the customer’s responsibility to check everything before purchase.
6. When questioned the difference on the screws mounting I was reassured that one can fit those in two different ways and that it would be fine.
7. The battery arrived and as suspected the fit was not like in a “direct replacement”.
8. A couple of amendments to the wiring and eventually managed to fit it.
The lesson here is - do not listen to the sales advisor. He has never fitted any of those batteries.
If you cannot buy what you’re looking for look elsewhere.”
“I ordered the battery on Sunday evening and it was with me by Tuesday evening.
Very slick and easy process to order and very happy with the service.
Too early to see how good the battery will be or how long it will last, but if it's as good as the reviews then I will be very happy”
