“I was a bit misled by the website which said the batteries I ordered were in stock. It turned out they weren’t. However, Mark was excellent. He called me immediately to inform me there would be a delay and was proactive in keeping meinformed until the products finally shipped. Admittedly only one day before my deadline but that was OK”
