“Brilliant service, ordered 1130 Tuesday and was delivered at the door Wednesday 1000hrs by very polite delivery man . That’s under 24 hrs from order to delivery. Checked charge was ok , fitted to mobility scooter and cleaned and returned to 89 yr old father in-law who was grateful to have it repaired within 2 days. I had about 4 emails prior to delivery advising on order process . As stated brilliant service no problem and will use again.

“Fast efficient service, product was as expected and now it has been tried on my mums mobility scooter and is working well. Had to phone about a query about payment but staff were very courteous and sorted it all quickly.
Only thing that let the process down was the courier company and I would say to go batteries you can do better, there are more couriers out there that give a better service than the one you used for our delivery. Was not quick and next day and the package looked like it had been thrown about, good job Go batteries wrapped it well inside with polystyrene to protect the product.”
