Very impressed with the web site and the speed in which the order was processed.
Disappointed with the delivery; was very apprehensive when we found out that Yodel would be the carrier; rightly so, as they just left it outside the front door of a house next door but one!! Despite the fact it was obviously not a business and that there was no one living there, so they obviously didn’t get it signed for, even if their paperwork suggest that they did!
For your business not to get many more complaints from other clients, please change your carrier, Yodel have a very bad reputation in this area.

“Mark answered all my questions clearly and completely, and helped me make a good choice for my replacement battery. He reminded me about removing the transit plugs before using the battery, and also suggested I check out Yodel's new tracking system for the delivery. All really helpful.
The battery came well packed in a box with foam around it, and a printed reminder to remove the transit plugs. Delivery went perfectly, battery was already charged and car started first time.
With some cars you mustn't leave car without a battery (connect to a temporary battery with jump leads while you are swapping the car battery) but my 2007 Golf survived OK. Check your handbook.”
“I used GB for the first time recently. The price was competitive, the process straightforward, and the conversations cordial. The battery arrived via courier less than 24 hours after purchase, and was well packed - including comprehensive advice sheet and a free torch! Overall, I would recommend them unreservedly. Be prepared to pay approximately £8 extra for shipping. This is not clearly flagged on the website, and might come as a surprise.”
