“The charger works fine, some points with it though which if addressed would earn it the extra star;
If it remembered your previous Pb or LiFe selection.
The harness which you can leave attached to the battery has bulky insulation which makes installation on a typical compact motorcycle tricky.”
“This charger is OK and works as intended.
My two main issues are:
1. I bought the charger specifically for the Shido Lithium battery. Every time you connect the bike you have to select the lithium charging option, and then press a button to charge. Not like my old Oxford Optimate where you just plug it in and carry on.
2. Connecting and un-connecting the charging plug between the bike cable and the charging unit is insanely difficult. The connection is so tight I've actually had to apply dialectic grease to the terminals
There's a lack of lithium charging options out there so would still recommend.”
