“I had a previous issue with order whereby a limited edition box was damaged and a limited edition bottle was not numbered. I was provided an appology and a new bottle was issued along with a new box. i was also offered the chance to purchase this limited edition bottle and offered a bottle number as a good will gesture. I had requested bottle numbers 1, 14, 24. I was please when I was infromed that I had been allocated number 14. Upon reciving the bottle I was very dissapointed to discover that I had infact not been issued No 14 and infact No 24 was sent. Upon quesrioning this I was infromed tha the bottle No14 had infacrt been allocated to the SFA. there was no corrospondence reguarding this. I was very disapointwd that my good will gesture had not been honered as discussed. I have recieved another appology and asked how this can be rectified again.... however this is the 3rd time I have not been happy with an order and resolutions dont seem to be being met.”
“I’m still waiting on my delivery. The strange things is…apparently the delivery company put a slip through my door and the item has been collected from their local Depot, which is not the case.”
