“I can only really write about the bottle and packaging, as I have yet to crack it open and imbibe. In truth, I probably won't as I am likely to keep it with all my other Hibs special souvenirs; I'm a keen whisky drinker, but an even bigger Hibs fan. However, the two-sided open casing with Rare Find logo detailing is classy, and the bottle labelling with the sketch of Le God together with a few basic stats on His time at Easter Road is a winner for any Hibee. The 13-year-old fine single malt inside has a warm, rich, inviting colour. I was lucky enough to draw a winning ticket in the Pat Stanton Rare Find ballot and so have added a bottle of Stanton's Dram 12-year-old Highland Park single malt to the Le Retour. Doubt I'll drink that either, sad ******* that I am, but I'm very pleased with both products. And both arrived extremely well-packaged and very quickly. What is there not to like? By the way, 'Rare Find' isn't a comment on Hibs' wins this season, as far as I'm aware . Looking forward to the next release in the series... Jimmy O'Rourke, surely?”
“Bought as a gift for a whisky collector’s 60th birthday later this year, so bottle is unopened / hadn’t been sampled.
The bottle is beautifully presented and I’m confident it will take pride of place.”
“Have not tried it yet as it has been added to my collection of single malts. Bought it because I am a Hibs fan who collects single malts. Well priced and it arrived on schedule.”
“Great service and secure packaging. Today just handed one of the Sauzee bottles purchased to a relative as a birthday gift - delighted with bottle and display box.”
“My husband was very emotional when he received this fir his returement at age 70. Only problem i found was i could not find the number on it, as original ad stated signed anx numbered, no certificate either, normally comes with a ceryificate if numbeted”
