“Cannot comment on the mugs purchased as I am away travelling but I wanted to say the customer service was second to none. 1 item arrived damaged in transit (no fault of Gift Moments) email communications sent/received with 15 minutes and agreed to send out a replacement- received promptly within a few days. If only all places were so efficient. First time I have ordered from them and would highly recommend.”
