“The step height is sooooo tiny it puts all the work in the quad rather than the glute ham tie like a stair stepper is supposed to. I lost so much money on this, super disappointed!!! The quality of the machine was good”
“Okay so just a couple mini complaints, it took FOREVER (over a month) to deliver the Stepr to my home, so that was a little frustrating.
The steps are only about 4-5 inches in height… so you’re basically taking baby steps… the width of the stair is not wide at all… I didn’t measure but it’s probably about 15 - 18 inches wide… so if you’re a thick wide person, you’re very likely not going to fit …
With all that said… OVERALL the Stepr itself is pretty decent. It’s well constructed; durable; heavy duty. It fit perfectly in my basement and my ceilings is only 7’9” (I was slightly worried because manufacturing recommends minimum 8’ … guess it helps to be a little short). Even though the steps are small, it still gets the job done… you definitely break a sweat.
I’d still get it, if you can afford it… but just understand it’s NOT a commercial steppr (like the ones in the gym).”
