“I have now been taking Nourished’s vitamins for a number of months. I have more energy and have seen improvements in my skin, hair and nails. I would recommend them to anyone, they are easy to take, taste good and the 3 box subscription price makes them affordable.”

“Love this. It's the easiest way to get vitamins, I enjoy the taste, the customization is so cool. I think it would be amazing to have a version with all the necessary nutrients (like a multivitamin) version - my partner wants to join nourished but hesitates because he wants a more complete experience.”

“Have been taking these vitamins now for over 6 months and they have been amazing. Have felt as though I have more energy and a better general sense of well being. “These are really convenient little vitamins. They could do with some more taste but that could also be just the flavour I chose. I was hoping they would be more of a gummy sweet consistency. I don’t want to moan to much because I actually quite like them but I shall be trying a different flavour and perhaps sour and not sweet as I would rather a stronger taste. Pretty decent though for 7 different personalised vitamins each day in one handy little gem”
