“I signed up to the 3 box subscription because I wanted to measure improvement of my PCOS symptoms over a longer period of time. I immediately noticed an improvement in my symptoms which included better energy levels, reduced hunger pangs and my cystic acne has improved.”

“Taste good - i originally got pineapple flavour but wasn’t what i expected. I’m now onto Cola and it’s really nice. In terms of feeling the benefits, i can’t say there’s anything obvious, but my diet restricts vitamins so taking these gives me peace of mind.”

“I really like that you can tailor them to your needs and actually then works out cheaper than buying the separate vitamins. Only complaint is they are a bit sweet for my taste even with the sour coating as it sets off sugar cravings! But the ginger flavour helps that.”
