Hey Alan, Thanks for your feedback. We do advise to allow 8-12 weeks of taking any vitamin and supplements to start to feel a difference. Everybody is different it very much depends on the individual ?

We do use natural flavourings within our stacks, some ingredients are stronger tasting than others. We do have some great flavour coatings that you could try in both the sweet and sour variety ?

“Taste profile is need sto be imporved. The Erythritol is creates an overpowering synthetic sweet taste. Also, Erythritol has known side effects including digestive problems.”
