“Amazing concept and I experience lots of positive health results from the supplements. However I really dislike the taste which is really intense sweet. I like to take the supplmements first thing in the morning and the taste is really not suitable for that. Would rather prefer a option with no taste at all.”

“Nourished vitamins are different. You get to tailor your personal choice of seven ingredients out of thirty-four. Many of the ingredients you can choose from would not be found in regular shops such as Boots or Holland and Barret. The gummy stack is tasty and I definitely get a lift when I take them daily.”

“I have polycystic ovaries and suffer with mood swings and sugar cravings. I read up about supplements and was a little sceptical but thought it was worth a shot to see if my symptoms improved. One of the supplements I was recommended was inositol. Since starting the supplements I have noticed a huge decrease in my sugar cravings and my mood seems to have significantly improved. I feel healthier overall. The supplements are tasty and easily digestible and I really like that the packaging is all sustainable :)”
