“At 45yrs of age I have started taking daily vitamin and mineral supplements to help me manage my perimenopause symptoms. Nourished are an awesome company with a brilliant concept and product. You’ve enlightened this unbeliever into seeing and realising taking a daily supplement is hugely beneficial for me.. so thank you for that… so you can teach old dogs new tricks after all lol.
