It is very unusual to be affected by side effects whilst taking Nourished, however, if you do experience any unusual effects please stop taking your stacks and consult with your medical practitioner. “So far everything has been great, i assumed it would taste either overly sweet or like rubber but it's a nice mellow taste. The only thing I don't like is the packaging, it's a horizontal flat box so it takes up the maximum amount of table space for the vitamins. I ended up having to take all mine out and put them into a jar so I could actually use my nightstand.”

“The subscription is great, I saw benefits right away but I thought this was going to be easier for me than taking vitamin pills since it was a flavored edible. But to my surprise, it was the complete opposite. The weird texture doesn't quite make it a gummy but nothing else neither. The taste doesn't even approach what is supposed to taste like [in my case strawberry] and almost always I just found myself holding my breath to not be able to taste the awful flavor and the other part I was just chewing like a maniac to get it down quickly because it just felt off. It got to the point where I couldn't really eat them anymore and just the idea of it makes my stomach upset. It might sound a bit extreme but it is not a pleasant experience. Just going back to my pills.”

Hey Francisco - thank you so much for the review We are so happy to hear that you felt benefits from your stacks! In regards to the taste, we do use natural flavourings within our ingredients, some do have a stronger taste than others, you could always amend the coating flavour or ingredients to see if the taste is preferred ?

“I fail to take multi-vitamins due to their large size and they generally upset my stomach. I tried Nourished knowing I could easily chew them, but not sure on how hard they would be on my stomach. To my joy they were delicious (almost like candy) and caused zero issues. I noticed within the first week that my mind felt energized and I wanted to take on projects. I am on my 2nd month and my physical energy level is much higher and I can stick with larger projects to completion. My sleep is starting to improve as well. I'm excited to see how the "Advent Calendar" affects my overall feeling during the busy holiday schedule. I highly recommend this vitamin to anyone on the fence!”
