“Feels good to do something to help with my health, easy thing to introduce, enjoy and look forward to it in the mornings! Have noticed I think it does help balance my appetite (might be multi factorial, but even if it’s partly placebo - it definitely works!) easy to take with you to work in the portable sachets. My fiancée has them too so having our names written on the individual wrappers helps too, v satisfied :)”
