“The vitamins are great. I love how you can personalise them, change them around. It is a great concept. The website and ability to make changes and distinguish orders between family members could be improved significantly though - but love the vitamins so it is worth the faff.”

“I was a daily supplement non believer before Nourished completely sorted out my recently diagnosed perimenopausal symptoms. I’m experiencing the odd mild hormonal symptom in line with regular monthly period fluctuations, but my melt downs, night sweats, anxiety attacks, hot flushes, sciatic pain, mood swings, trouble sleeping… are all gone!. Thank you so my Nourished, no hrt for me!… love you guys and ya gots a customer and client for life (well the rest of mine anyways haha)… much love and best wishes to each and everyone in your team making this awesome shiz happen for us over burdened modern day humans, on Earth at a very stressful time in human history… :) xx”

“So pleased that the packaging is eco friendly. The vitamins are great. I did feel super sick after taking the first few, but worked out I needed to take after i’d eaten. I have been sleeping better and my my mood has been a bit better but not sure if my mood is linked to the vitamins. I do like that they are made for what you need. Not sure how much longer I can afford £35.99 a month though which will be a shame.”
