“The daily nourished formula has made a huge difference to me over the last few weeks since I started munching them. I have noticed that my system is more tolerant with foods that would usually incite a strong reaction. I can eat some chocolate without it affecting me getting a headache and affecting my breathing. My energy levels are more balanced and I have far more energy and 'voom' and I don't need as much sleep as I was having – I seem to be rearing to go. My brain is back to coping with 100 million things again. I thought I would try Nourished and see for myself, although there were some great reviews which made it sound like a good idea. Any scepticism I had before starting has banished itself due to the proof from the results of the eating!”
