“I've been taking these for two months now. They're easy to take once a day with my breakfast. They're tasty. It's hard to be sure, but I believe they are reducing my menopause symptoms and I shall continue taking them. I have fewer hot flushes and my only panic attack this week was at the Tesco self-checkout and I'm sure everyone hates those machines!”
