“I guess the ashwaganda, which I think it’s similar to tumeric powder. So didn’t take great. But was still edible. I would continue with it. I guess it can take a while for vitamins to take effect. I will continue with it. As it has quality ingredients/vitamins it’s worth the purchase.”
