“Surprised you keep asking for a review ,if you look at all the emails and the fact nothing seemed to go right. Firstly royal mail delivered the parcel to a depot approx 10 miles away ,apparently the wrong place it then took another 4 days to arrive ,no offer to refund carriage charge or even consider the inconvenience caused,I had to insist on a refund for carriage charge. Secondly the package was missing an item,you then actually managed to get that to me the next day but sent the complete order again. When I informed you of your mistake you expected me to waste more of my time returning the item you sent incorrectly. As for the item itself it was bought as a gift I would rate that 3 stars and service 1 star although you did actually respond to the emails.”

We are so sorry for the issues regarding the delivery. We use Royal Mail on a daily basis with minimal delivery issues. Occasionally parcels can be misplaced in their system and unfortunately this appears to have been the case with your parcel. Our apologies for this and I can see that the delivery fee has been refunded for you.
Your order should have come with the free sharpening stone and we do apologise that this wasn't the case. I can see that we immediately sent out the missing item to you, but due to a genuine error we did dispatch the full order again. Thanks for your review - we only open the packaging if you've requested engraving on the knife blade. Please be reassured that your item is as it should be, we've found this is the neatest way to open the blister pack for engraving.
