“The knife itself is excellent. I'm a Scout Leader and needed a new knife for outdoors and bushcraft stuff. Edge and tip retention is also very good.
A few issues arose during the ordering process, as the website allowed me to order it despite the item itself being out of stock. The customer service rep who contacted me very kindly allowed me to keep my order as is and the item would be shipped once it came back in stock. I was offered alternative solutions, however it probably shouldn't have been allowed to happen in the first place. Secondly, the website said that a free sharpening stone would be included in my order, but upon arrival it was nowhere to be found, not a big deal as it was free anyway and I own other whetstones, but just something I feel should possibly be pointed out for better quality checks in future as orders are packed and shipped perhaps.
All in all, the product itself is fantastic and I'm incredibly satisfied, but the ordering process and missing items on delivery leave a teeny bit to be desired in that regard.”
