“The knife itself feels robust and fit for purpose. However the sheath lets it down. After wearing the knife on my belt in a seated position in a pickup truck the locking part of the sheath snapped within 2 days.
That said, the customer service team authorised the return and reimbursement was quickly addressed and all relevant details sent directly to me.”
