“Having, sadly, lost my previous trusty, well used Gerber in the river, removing invasive Himalayan Balsam roots from a river embankment whilst sat on a kayak during an environmental event I ordered this knife that same evening.
When it arrived, very quickly I might add, I used it the next day on another Balsam Removal event. I love it, feels good in my hand plus is now fitted with an adjustable lanyard (I regret not fitting one on my old Gerber) so it won't slip off my wrist.
I intend to take camping with me sometime in the near future and am sure it'll be just as good in the 'field' as it is for using on environmental events.
A very good knife . .but it is a Gerber after all so what more can I say. Good reliable knives all round.”
