“This machine is much quieter and runs for longer than the 10 year old hand held Dyson vac I've replaced. I am impressed with its performance on carpet, wood and vinolay flooring. I also liked the fact that the packaging had been carefully designed using cardboard - no plastic or polystyrene. My only reservation is about the docking station wall plate. It didn't feel quite as strong as the last one. This machine is a bit heavier and protrudes out further so perhaps take care when removing or replacing it in the station.”
