“The TwinDos set is good but the price charged by Gerard Giles was not; I was over-charged £14.20 and have had to chase a refund. The refund amount was readily and quickly agreed however some 2 plus weeks later it has still not been repaid in full. I feel confident it will be however this aspect has not been satisfactory.”

“We have tried the normal washing detergents instead of the Miele UltraPhase but the Miele ones are better. It is a pity that Miele do not sell 5 litre refill packs to reduce packaging.”
