“Although TV was taken away, I was expecting them to come back to take the box from the new TV away but they just drove off so I had to dispose of it.”

We do always suggest with a TV purchase that the box is kept by the customer. If there was an issue going forward with the TV or a customer moves home, it is always preferred to use the original box for transportation to avoid any damage.
