“I purchased this item because I use my mixer 2-3 times a week and sift my icing sugar and flour. It saves time, but you do have to encourage the sugar to move down the hopper. It is also quite noisy and because it fixes onto the motor at the front it's always on when the paddle is turning, but you can stop the flour going down.”

“A great accessory. I’ve had to think as to how to use it for all Ingredients but am now getting there. Scales are very accurate. The food shoot obviously needs to be positioned and extended into bowl which I didn’t do first time. But lesson learnt.”
