“Gerald Giles were fine, delivery was speedy and they were very efficient. As far as the toaster goes, it's not worth £130 in my opinion. It looks nice but it is rather 'plasticky' and not very robust. I bought it because Good Housekeeping said it was the best but I disagree. The functions are limited and you can't lift up the toast and look during cooking, which is disappointing. I had a Breville (like Sage) before, which I bought in Australia in 2008. It was much better so I wish I'd bought the Sage this time. My mistake. I don't think that the KitchenAid toaster will last 14 years.”

“Like the neat slimline design of this toaster. It looks great on my worktop and I can toasts up to 4 slices at a time and the dual slots fit a multitude of different shapes and sizes of bread, crumpets and buns. Really happy I bought it.”
