“Whole order was sent in a thin brown box with No other protection. As it contained 2 heavy books, the box got damaged and the books and boxes of miniatures arrived with edges damaged.
I didn't want to complain as it's all a hassle, but please look at packaging heavy mixed items in better protection for other customers, as it's definately put me off buying from you again unfortunately.”
