DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!!! After 2 deliveries, 1 I refused due to manufacturing fault and 2nd delivery I found that half the parts were damaged, they refused to replace or collect and refund, don't be fooled by using PayPal because of it being a large amount they require you to provide an impossible document! So not only do I have a poor quality, poorly manufactured useless damaged product taking up space in my garden stacked under tarpaulin but I am also down nearly £700!!! Absolutely disgusting, Shire is a joke and Garden street isn't far behind. Thanks for the biggest headache since my mother died in June, God forbid I try to do something nice for my kids after such a tough year! Frustrated and absolutely fuming. Seriously don't waste your time or money here

Excellent Quality, the only problem I had which was due to the weather was the main corner post went like a banana! But with use of clamps was able to screw it together alright. fitted it in a day, definitely get some silicone for the corners (recommended when you buy) would highly recommend.....

We purchased this item a few months ago and are both more than happy with this product considering it is one of the lower priced builds. There were a couple of minor adjustments needed when building it, but no big deal although I would say that being fairly competent in diy is an advantage. There was a couple of damaged Perspex panels when delivered but there was no problem with the manufacturers in replacing them. It's been in use now for a few months and we wish we'd done this years ago, if you go down this road, you will not be disappointed.

The Summerhouse was just as described and Instructions easy enough to follow for assembley. (We did however have a problem with the doors the were so twisted it took and age to make the hang right) Over all we are very pleased with the product
