“Should have been very easy to build, but as mentioned in another review, pre-drilled lid screw hole were out of alignment with hinges fitted to lid. Easy enough to plug these holes and re-drill as required. One section of the frame also slightly warped / bowed. Larger wing nut fitted to support that holds lid open making it easier to tighten up. Other than these points, frame appears to be a quality item. Used it with good results to bring on some small plants for my new garden. It has now been folded back up and is tucked up safely in the shed for the winter. I look forward to using it next year as I try for the first time to grow some plants from seeds.”

“Do not buy this product. The first step of the assembly is to open the frame. This is done by opening the hinged frame out. I did this and to my horror the frame fell apart. The two hinges connecting two of the doors had come apart and the screws had been pulled out of the wood. I bought this as a present for my elderly father. As I had travelled over 20 miles to his house, and it was his birthday, I decided to effect a repair. That brought more upsetment as my dad who suffers from dementia, didnt think he had any screws or screwdrivers, fortunately my mum was there to show me where they were. The original screws had been ripped out with such force that they fell out on trying to re-use them. My main complaint is that the box had clearly been opened before delivery to me. The original seals were broken and it had been resealed. I contacted the seller post repair, and was informed that they do not dispatch returned items for re sale. If so, why the box had been opened and resealed is a mystery, however, if accepted, the product has come from manufacturer in a damaged state. The packaging of the item was undamaged. Unless you want serious disappointment and are willing to take a chance of repairing this item dont buy it as am sure there are others at the same price range of better build quality and far less hassle to erect.”
