“Good side first: it's very sturdy and quite easy to put together. I did it by myself. The price was cheaper than anywhere I searched. Perfect size for a small garden. Really happy with this pinic bench and the services of garden street. I was however not happy that the bench came damp and had 'green molds'(if am correct) on some of the woods. I don't know why these woods are stored in the rain anyway. Some of the woods had splits on them , garden street replaced as soon as I sent them pictures. (that was very good of them) The bench came wrapped in plastic, but the replacement parts were wrapped in plastic and in boxes(dry) But over all, this is a very strong pinic bench and I will recommend to everyone.”

“when it got delivered there was some damage on the sides. when I put it together there is now splits in the wood all over seating and the table top.”

“We were looking forward to receiving our bench it arrived in a state and still a month later I have no bench. It come extremely damaged all of the nut screws and bolts were all ripped off and missing and I only received the table without the seats it's ment to come in two parts I was no contacted on the day of delivery. They took a week to collect the damaged poor bench with out my exchange then when I rang them even though they said it will be quick all of a sudden it's out of stock and I have to wait or collect a refund. They probably sent me the last one that was returned before that's been bashed about. Also it was made poor the screws were scewed in so deep it's broken the wood. So I'l wait to see if they can send a perfect one this time with everything that's need to make it in good condition and if they stick to there word and send when it's back in stock because so far the worst service I've ever received.”
